Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns on any items from our A La Carte Collection or holiday/seasonal collections (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc).
If you are unsatisfied with items received, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will do our best to replace/redeliver the arrangement, although no guarantee can be made to the replacement of the exact flowers used due to flower availability.
We accept cancellations on items ordered from our A La Carte Collection or holiday/seasonal collections (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc) up to 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the order delivery/pickup time. Orders cancelled after this cut-off will be non-refundable.
We accept cancellations on all packages from the The Isle Collection 30 days prior to the event date, less the non-refundable deposit paid at time of booking. Should an event date need to be re-scheduled, we will do our best to accommodate the requested change, but no guarantee is to be made as approved date changes are per our availability.
